Bio: Master Marcello Raciti ( teacher, choreographer, dancer )

He began studying ballet in Rome at the C.I.D and Ballet of Rome, later was admitted at the National Dance Academy of Rome. After then his training takes place in the most prestigious dance academies of Europe: Hungarian Dance Academy of Budapest, John Cranko Schule of Stuttgart, Bolshoi Theater Academy of Moscow (M.A.X.Y.) with the Master A. Y. Bandarienko.

He dances classical and contemporary repertoire and premieres (coreographies by Hans Van Manen, Renato Zanella and Marco Santi ) for the Stuttgart Ballet artistic director Marcia Haydèe.

at the Companhia Nacional de Bailado de Lisboa, artistic director Isabel Santarosa (premiere Sacre du Primtemps by V. Nijinsky revisited by the Joffrey Ballet of Chicago).

He gradued "Ballet Master" with excellence in Hungarian Dance Academy of Budapest under the guidance of teacher Eva Ehn, which is considered the historical memory of A. Vaganova method. Later he enters at the 'Centro Europeo de Danza de Valencia (Spain) as Guest Ballet Master and invited assistant Artistic Director. Since then he taught at various academies and European companies: Company Vasco Vallenkamp for the "EXPO 98 in Lisbon, the Companhia de Danza Contemporanea de Aveiro (Portugal), the Contemporary Dance Company Rafael de Linares of Valencia (Spain), the Centro de Danza de Porto (Portugal), in the Conservatory of the Arts Funchal in Madeira (Portugal). After nearly 20 years abroad, dancing, travelling and enriching his skills in "movement", he returned in Rome where he collaborates with the IALS and with several schools and companies as a Ballet Master, dancer and choreographer (Duo, Poema xx, Illusioni, Teknomadre, That Which Remains is the Path) .

Since August 2011 he teaches Ballet, russian method A. Vaganova, at the Bergen Kulturskole (Norway).

Marcello Raciti trains students for exams and auditions in Italy and abroad.

He offers workshops of ballet academic tecnique and ballet performing tecnique for advanced classes. Contemporary dance, pointe work, repertoire and Boys Class.
